Everything was great, easy location very near to the station, the staff were exceptional. The room was perfectly clean and brand-new and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers, and robes. Liked the clean bathroom;)))

I was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail by the staff. the breakfast was a true highlight of my stay, with an extensive variety of delicious food options, including fresh fruit and local delicacies. Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk away from both the metro and tram stations.

There were a couple of aspects that didn't quite live up to expectations. the main issue was the smoking room that I was given instead of a non-smoking one.

The hotel provided a working phone in my room and a small fridge, which were both very convenient. The lighting in the room was good, with enough electric outlets and hooks in the bathroom. The water in the shower was consistently hot, which is always a plus. On top of that, the breakfast at the hotel was very good, and the dining room was kept meticulously clean.
